Vista is a ‘Multitasking’ operating system.
This means that it can run lots of programs at the same time. For instance you can be receiving emails,
printing and writing a letter, all the same time. You can run lots of different programs
simultaneously, such as a word processor, a spreadsheet, a database and a
picture editing program.
